All SoloStrength boxes are sized for regular (non-freight service) delivery to keep shipping costs down, and are able by most people to handle individually on their own, to move into any location you like for assembly.
SoloStrength packages all items to withstand the challenges of international shipping, and tested against the highest standards. We also choose the most eco and environmentally friendly packing materials to reduce impact on our beautiful planet and ensure as much of required materials are following best suggestions.

If you are a reasonably handy person (for example IKEA assembly doesn't scare you), then you won't have any difficulties with SoloStrength items at all.
Our print instructions are usually more than sufficient. However, we have very easy to follow step by step videos you can follow, and tips for each assembly on this page.
We recommend a quick view of instructions front to back first, then viewing the tips page for any updates and helpful hints, and we are always available to provide support if you have questions along the way. You can send/upload your photos/videos to help show us what you are looking at, directly and securely, here.
