Shipping costs are weight based and calculated individually to the shipping address entered and items in your cart. These are presented for your selection in checkout once you enter your details and prior to payment. In most cases shipping costs are subsidized by SoloStrength in order to offer best shipping prices for your consideration. Standard and Expedited (2-3 Day) shipping options are available or most locations. 

Duties Charges:

Duties are sometimes levied by Governments through their Customs, as a means of collecting taxes on orders that taxes are not required to be charged through our store.

Which System Should I Choose?

You can complete all of the SpeedFit Exercises on all of the Ultimate Series Bodyweight Home Gym Options.

After you review below and choose your best install option, CEILING HEIGHT is the next thing to consider (Standard height is ideal in most cases and maximize height in your space, Shorter height is an option to accommodate lower ceilings, additional 1' Extension is compatible with both to reach the 3rd and 4th system height options).

CONSIDER YOUR SPACE FIRST, THEN CEILING HEIGHT

The Freestanding Bodyweight Training System is the most popular simply because of the amazing freedom to locate it anywhere you wish in your space. It also requires the largest footprint (4'x7' suggested) and requires 3" over the finished height, for assembly.

ULTIMATE WALL-MOUNTED GYM

If you have a perfect fixed location, the Ultimate Wall Mounted Bodyweight Training Station is ideal. Once correctly assembled, you can have a perfect setup sitting ~2' from the wall, securely anchored to also use the SoloStrength bar safely for TRX, Bands and other anchor items, as well as all of our SpeedFit calisthenic bodyweight programs, complex flexibility training and stretching, and static isometric strength up to 1000 Lbs.

ULTIMATE CORNER GYM

The Ultimate Corner Mount Gym will make the best value and utility of any open wall to wall corner section of your training space. The only notable limitation to the corner system is use of the JCups with longer olympic bars.

ULTIMATE WALL MOUNTED FOLD-UP GYM

Zero floor space storage is the awesome benefit of the Ultimate Wall Foldup Gym and Rack. This option is the only one that comes with JCups, and hydraulic gas shocks to easily one finger foldup your system to wall to save space when done your workout.

ULTIMATE DOORWAY GYM

The Ultimate Doorway Gym System has certain size limitations in doorway width and surrounding space, check carefully the spec requirements to make sure it fits the doorway you are eying for making your full body home training system using only 3" of floor space.

CONVERT ANY ONE TO ANOTHER

One of the best parts of the ULTIMATE Series is that it is component based. So that means you can convert any of the systems to another installation by adding the required installation kit.  For example, all options are based on the doorway main upright system and that hardware is included in all packages.   If you change space down the road, or wanted to change location to base your SoloStrength, you could convert your doorway system to a freestanding or wall mount, simply by adding the freestanding base component or wall mount kit. ✅

You can do all the beginner/intro, and many advanced exercise variations with just the main SoloStrength systems.

Footprint & Space Requirements

Generally speaking if you have 5' in front of the bar (3 feet from the front of base on freestanding), you can do all do all the suggested exercises in the SpeedFit programs. Most exercises that require more than 2' can be modified to accommodate smaller spaces.

The space saving installation of the Corner and potentially the Doorway mounted options (depending on space in front of doorway to extend legs), are possibly more restricted on some exercises depending on your space layout, however with the corner system you can modify slightly many of suggested exercises or come from inside of bar, to accomodate all of the Core 15-20-25 minute offered programs. 

The accessories available (such as dip bar, wide grip bar etc), offer some additional range for exercises if you would like to expand some of your training and a few of the advanced programs integrate these tools.  

You can integrate many other training tools such as TRX and other suspension trainers, resistance Powerbands, fitness ball, bosu, rings and other tools to expand your calisthenics and isometrics training to virtually unlimited capacity of personalized and customizable programs to always keep you training workouts enjoyable and challenging.

While it's no secret we LOVE bodyweight functional training, calisthenics, and the amazing benefits of max strength isometrics, we also offer JCups as another option for freestanding and other installation options, with enough space to hold olympic bar for using your ULTIMATE training system as a rack for free weight lifting. Use a bench for bench press or use for squats and and lifting with 1000 Lbs. capacity.

Using TRX Suspension Training Straps, Rings & Bands With All Ultimate Systems

The SoloStrength systems work great on their own and with many accessories to add training options for you (or your clients).

The fixed mounted systems (Door/Wall/Corner) installations, if installed correctly, are secure on their own for lateral forces and you can anchor low, middle or top level on main SoloStrength Bar, without any issues following correct installation, best practices guides and assembly tips here.  

SETUP For Freestanding System Considerations

If you are in a commercial studio/facility, you may choose to secure the base directly to the floor with the 4 hidden anchor point holes on the side tubes of the base. Since this is not an attractive option for many "home" environments with finished flooring, the following suggestions below are best options to manage any requirements you may have.

How The Freestanding System Works

The Freestanding system self stabilizes with your bodyweight over the system. That means for 99% of the exercises you can do (including all SpeedFit Workout Programs offered), you do not need any other support or attachments to use your system perfectly. If you are attempting some exercises that will have your bodyweight primarily OFF the base, and applying lateral (push pull forward back) forces, you may require to add some weight back to the base to compensate for those forces.

If you have a low friction slippery finished floor surface, and are applying lateral forces without your body over the base (push or pull), you may require weighting the base (as in the suggestions below) in order to keep your system secure in place and not slide under the applied forces. Carpeted or higher friction flooring may not require any weight to add in this case.

If attaching TRX, Rings, Resistance Bands to the main SoloStrength bar, so long as forces applied are primarily vertical, or if some lateral forces applied but you keep your bodyweight over the base, the system will self-stabilize, and no counterweight is required. 

Rear Support Bar

The Rear Support Bar is recommended for use with TRX Exercises, Rings and high anchor point for Bands, as it moves the anchor point to the back of the base of system, leaving the entire base for executing the exercises over, and in most cases will eliminate the need completely for any counterweight.  This Rear Bar anchors on the back of the Freestanding Training System (Standard or Shorter Height options), and sits level with the highest SoloStrength Main Bar setting. It also allows you to execute parallel bar pull ups variations, and keep your accessories mounted the rear bar anchor, without impeding the free use of the SoloStrength bar. For this reason it is a highly recommended item for the Freestanding System.

Counterweight

If you wish to apply higher lateral forces, with high anchor point, and step off the base, removing your body weight as counter force, you will need to add some counterweight to base to compensate. This can be done via options in image below, including:

• Use of dumbbells or sandbags (or similar) over the lower cross bar

• Or choosing the purpose built Counterweight Tray providing convenient storage for counterweight items and accessories and benefit of keeping entire base free and clean for use. If sold out use the other recommended options in reference images if required and add Tray when back in stock. This item we manufacture in limited quantities.

How Much Counterweight Is Required If Needed?

Typically 50-80% of your bodyweight if applying very heavy lateral forces, is sufficient. However you may need to experiment with this to find appropriate weight needed to keep base secure to ground, for any special exercises.
