*Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply contact our Customer Care department at (number provided on contact page) within 4 weeks of delivery for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns must include any accessories and be in original condition and packaging. Once received, you will be refunded the full purchase price less shipping and handling. Items must be post marked or sent no later than 2 weeks after your RMA number is given. Please note: products returned without a RMA number or outside of the return period, will not be refunded.
We fundamentally believe you will be extremely thrilled with the products you buy from SoloStrength. We work hard to ensure our product quality and information/education that goes along with it, is available to our customers for easy assembly and use. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In the unlikely event of your dissatisfaction, we invite you to review the following terms for returning a product. For our full product refund policy see the customer agreement below.
We want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products. As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions online or at our dealers. When placing an order with SoloStrength, you agree to the terms set forth below along with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use and Conditions.

SOLOSTRENGTH RETURN POLICY
We are proud to have a very high rate of customer satisfaction. However if you change your mind on your purchase decision, you may return or exchange an unused item in new condition within 30 days of delivery. All items must include original packaging. Items that are used or damaged may be denied a refund or exchange.
Please allow up to 3-7 business days for your return or exchange to be processed.
In most cases, your refund will automatically go back to the original form of payment used for the purchase.
All Shippable products purchased on solostrength.com have a 30 days return policy from the day items are received.
Once items are shipped, all costs associated with shipping/duties/brokerage are non-refundable. For product refund please see details below to ensure qualified, and items must be returned to our warehouse for refund with RMA#. Shipping labels are provided on request.

Items received without an RMA# issued through our SoloStrength Customer Support team, will not be received or qualify for return.
RETURN EXCEPTIONS
Original, return shipping, and any related brokerage charges incurred on your purchase are not refundable as part of your return or exchange.
All Final Sale items cannot be returned. Other non-returnable purchases include gloves and personal wearables. All items where combined direction shipping costs exceed product value will be denied refund.
Items returned incomplete or without the original packaging may be denied a refund or exchange. (Apparel in new condition can be returned outside of the sealed bag)
Damaged items may be considered for return on a case by case basis. If items are returned with damage or not "as new" condition or packaging, the maximum product value refund that will be offered is 50%. If damage caused due to poor care or packaging on return items, return value will be denied.

Manufacture defects are rare, however if identified these items are replaced at no cost to customers. Items are inspected carefully before boxed and stringent QC testing.
Any damage to items incurred during unboxing or assembly, are made available and replaced at cost+shipping to customer. If visible damage is seen on any products please take and submit photos while in packaging. *This is extremely rare so please notify us if you see anything like this as unboxing through chat/email and with photos. Our promise to you and guarantee is that We will make sure you have everything you need for perfect setup.
Exchanges for incorrectly ordered items will be subject to shipping costs. All customers outside the warehouse pickup locations will be responsible for shipping both ways.
SOLOSTRENGTH'S CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel an order at any time prior to the order entering the “Processing” stage, without cost.
Once it has entered Processing the order may not be canceled, if shipping process is underway, without shipping costs and related return shipping fees associated with the shipping initiation of your order.
You can track the process of your order in the “Order History” tab of your account page and through the SoloStrength Shipping System.
The entire order must be canceled, you can not cancel specific items (may be exceptions if notified very shortly after order).
If you still want certain items in the canceled order, you'll have to purchase the items again in a new order (if contacted promptly we may be able to modify this for you).

We can not guarantee an order is able to be cancelled once 1 hour has passed from time of order and items are moved into logistics. In most cases if a request for cancellation of an order is within 1 Hour from the time or purchase completion, an order is able to be cancelled without cost.
If your order is eligible to be canceled SoloStrength will send you an email confirmation of the cancellation. You may also confirm that your order has been canceled in the “Order History” tab of your account page.
If your order was unable to be cancelled before moving past the “Processing” stage, you may return it following the steps listed above in our Return Policy, and requesting return through our return portal here.
