We go out of our way to ensure our product quality and information/education that goes along with it for assembly and use. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In the unlikely event of your dissatisfaction, we invite you to review the following terms for returning a product.
For whatever reason, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase of ULTIMATE series personal gym, you are able to return within 30 days for full product cost refund*.

If you are delayed in receiving your product through shipment logistics or back-orders, your 30 days starts from the date you receive your product.

Upon receipt of your product return to our warehouse, the items will be inspected and full refund for product (less shipping and duties costs paid described above) will be issued within 7 days (if no damage, otherwise open box charges up to 50% may apply).
You are advised to take photos of the packages and boxes at time of shipping your side for reference.
