SoloStrength guarantees your SoloStrength products ordered will be of the quality and likeness of photos presented on your order. Some items may have small/minor detail updates/improvements from product photos, and otherwise identical as presented.
The guarantee covers that no product will be significantly different without note or reference to that difference, and free of any manufacturing defects. Defective items will be replaced at no cost to you. The 100% product satisfaction guarantee holds that all products will perform safely and effectively, for the exercises demonstrated in our training and workouts.

In most cases, we have found that if a customer is feeling unsatisfied, it is often due to the incomplete setup of their system. In 99% of cases where this exists, we are usually able to assist quickly to ensure that any tweaks or support that is needed to ensure correct and perfect assembly is completed and resolved. You have 30 Days from receipt of your order, to return your unopened items, in accordance with our Return Policy.
For Product Satisfaction Guarantee, and 30 Day Trial, our products will function in the capacity as demonstrated, instructed, and recommended for your use, safely, and without issue.
Once our products are unpackaged and assembled, they are generally not returnable unless packaging and items are returned in "as new" condition with all items and components in place.
SoloStrength will accept return requests once items are assembled and setup correctly for use, within 30 Days, if you are not satisfied that your SoloStrength purchase functions and performs as described.

In order to qualify for returning open box items, the following must be demonstrated:
Your System is assembled correctly installed for use
You have used your system in the capacity of recommended use
A video upload to our secure server, demonstrating (at a minimum) any level of SpeedFit Core 15 Program for us to study and determine how we might offer suggestions to assist you to most fully enjoy your SoloStrength, and for our reference uses.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply contact our Customer Care department at (number provided on contact page) within 4 weeks of delivery for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns must include any accessories and be in original condition and packaging. Once received, you will be refunded the full purchase price less shipping and handling. Items must be post marked or sent no later than 2 weeks after your RMA number is given. Please note: products returned without a RMA number or outside of the return period, will not be refunded.
