I was a little reluctant to purchase this piece of equipment as I had never seen one and found very few independent reviews. But I am very happy I took the plunge! The UFG arrived in a pair of boxes and took less than an hour to assemble.
It was well executed and everything went together without issue resulting in a solid structure. Since it arrived I have used it several times and feel it was an excellent purchase. With gyms a PITA in these COVID times I enjoy being able to simply go out to the garage and get a workout. If you are used to gym weight machines, this will seem a bit awkward at first, but that wears off quickly and you are left quality piece of equipment that facilitates a wide range of exercises that build both strength and endurance.
