Note that orders with Ultimate Training Stations will not typically ship until all items are available to ship together. If you ordered accessories they will be prioritized and tagged/held for your order when stock items arrive and will be fulfilled in 24-48 hrs.
Orders are guaranteed to be shipped in queue of when they are received. The best way to guarantee receiving your SoloStrength items in shortest time is to order as soon as possible.

Box Sizes
All product boxes are non-freight service and individually manageable to move to any location throughout home for assembly easily. Examples below. All other boxes are similar or smaller.
Freestanding System has 2 Boxes for example:
Box 1: 48″x13″x10″ (37 lbs) Box 2: 49″x13″x9″ (69 lbs.)
Optional Dip/Row Bar: 1 Box: 43″x8″x3″ (10 lbs)
Shipping Time & Notifications
All SoloStrength orders typically ship same day (before 1 PM PST) (or next business day). Once your items are shipped you will receive an email notification (and text if you requested shipping updates this way), with tracking link and notes. Please check your junk filters if you do not see items in your inbox coming through within 24 hrs.
North America
Typical shipping times in North America are 2-10 days depending on service and remoteness of location.
Overseas and International
Typically ship in 5-14 days.
Shipping Cost Calculations
Shipping costs are weight based and calculated individually to the shipping address entered and items in your cart. These are presented for your selection in checkout once you enter your details and prior to payment. In most cases shipping costs are subsidized by SoloStrength in order to offer best shipping prices for your consideration. Standard and Expedited (2-3 Day) shipping options are available or most locations.
Shipping Costs are non-refundable once items ship. Actual shipping costs that are incurred through a decision to purchase on solostrength.com, are the responsibility of the Customer to pay once items ship, or are returned. If an RTS (Return to sender) is issued and confirmed, this generates a return shipping cost as well, as any brokerage fees that might be incurred on international orders. These charges associated with a decision to purchase on our store, will be paid on your behalf by deducting the total shipping related costs from the refund value, should a return of your purchase be desired.
Remote Locations
SoloStrength ships gear all around the world. If you are located in a remote area of Canada or other Countries, you may be contacted after you place an order if additional shipping is required. You may choose to pay the additional cost or if you prefer not to pay the additional shipping cost we can promptly refund your order.
Delays to shipping may be experienced if additional product, order, or shipping detail information is incomplete and required. If items do not show "sold out" they are considered in stock. If your item (or item within your order package) happens to be sold out or delayed for shipping, you will be contacted within 24 hours to notify with options to keep all/some of your order or wait for arrival of product to ship, or issue a refund to cancel order.
Taxes/Duties
While we believe there should be no taxes charged on health and wellness products, we must adhere to international Government requirements.
If Taxes are charged at checkout there are no duties or additional taxes or charges due.
Duties are not charged for Canada and USA shipping locations, some international locations (Europe for VAT for example) do charge these taxes upon entry and you will be contacted by your Customs for payment directly to them.
In some countries where we are not required to charge Taxes (outside of Canada/USA), your Government may wish to collect taxes through the form of Duties charges issues through your Customs and collected through the shipper delivering your order (UPS/Fedex/Etc...)
There are different rules and thresholds for each country, but typically duties taxes are not charged on orders under $850 USD.
If your Customs determines duties charges are issued for your order, you will be notified through the shipper emails, and you can view/pay online for your delivery convenience through the tracking link provided, and on top section of your tracking page details "pay duties". We highly recommend to pay these online for efficient delivery as otherwise the shipper will ask for payment upon delivery and often will only accept cheques.
** If duties charges are applied by your Government Customs to an order (typically in 5-8% range in most instances where applied), they are the responsibility of the Customer to pay and will be notified (and collected) by shipper at delivery, or can be conveniently paid ahead online via the shipping tracking link sent in email.
*SoloStrength does not collect or disperse any duties fees or levies by any customs worldwide. Duties will only be charged in some instances by your shipping Country's Government, when taxes/duties have not already been charged and collected on solostrength.com. If you have paid taxes on your order, there are no additional taxes/duties that would be charged.

Shipping time for SoloStrength items in North America, is typically within 2-4 days of purchase (for expedited service and 7-10 days regular service).Canadian purchases are duty free, USA is Duty-Free under $850.00 USD (typically fees after this price run about 5-8%), other Countries may have duties upon entry which you will be notified (and can pay directly) through shipping service notifications, or at time of delivery. Service is provided by Fedex/UPS/CANPAR Ground service (or equivalent). Shipping destinations in Overseas or outside North America typically range from 4-21 days.
All SoloStrength boxes are sized for regular (non-freight service) delivery to keep shipping costs down, and are able by most people to handle individually on their own, to move into any location you like for assembly.
SoloStrength packages all items to withstand the challenges of international shipping, and tested against the highest standards. We also choose the most eco and environmentally friendly packing materials to reduce impact on our beautiful planet and ensure as much of required materials are following best suggestions.
With your purchase we also contribute a portion of your order towards limiting the carbon footprint with additional trees planted through "Plant a Tree" App presented at your purchase as an option for your support as well.
In Cases Where Boxes Are Delivered Looking Poorly Handled Or Damaged:
SoloStrength Products are inspected for integrity during manufacturing and packaging and do not leave the warehouse without being checked for quality.
*If the packaging looks to be delivered damaged, please take photos to send us. This is important for ensuring successful claim for delivery damage and quickest way to ensure if anything is missing is sent to you quickly. We guarantee all products are delivered in perfect condition and any defect/damaged/lost items are replaced immediately to ensure our customers have their system setup and working perfectly for then as intended to support your health and wellness. We will deal with any instances of this type usually within 1-2 days with shipping company directly.

You will receive a detailed email from us showing your customer order status, shipping address details, helpful links, and shipping tracking information.
The FEDEX/UPS/CANPAR (or similar service) tracking link will go live once scanned at depot and you can modify/track, or follow your delivery directly. Usually within 24-48 Hrs. Your order should be at your door ~2 days from that notification (with Expedited shipping option in North America). You will also receive a welcome email congratulating you on your purchase and some guidance on how to get your SoloStrength system setup so you can get started as quickly as possible.
With more people working out from home, we're experiencing an extraordinary demand for our products. As we work hard to respond more quickly to the present demand, we want to help you to make an informed decision about your purchase.
We make an effort to ship orders complete but, with the current high demand, in many cases, it is not possible. We can assure you no orders are lost and we will make sure you receive all items as ordered. We want nothing more than for you to receive your gear and be able to use it.
Orders are assigned tracking numbers at the time they are processed and sent to the warehouse floor to be shipped. Please allow up to 1 business day after your order shows as shipped for the tracking to go live from the carrier.
All items are in stock and ship to current shipping times (usually same day/next business day) with tracking emails going live within 24 Hrs.
In the event of a backordered item or any other delay in shipping, you will be notified via email to determine time frame and with the option of keeping your order or cancel and refunding your order prior to shipping.
Due to current shipping constraints, if delays are listed, it will likely take the full amount of time shown to ship the item. You'll be notified by email once the item ships.
