SoloStrength ULTIMATE models are designed, built, and packaged with the highest commercial grade quality standards and designed to support a lifetime of fitness. 

Each product is tested to no-fail standards in excess of commercial grade requirements. Maximum suggested user weight for ULTIMATE Training Stations and Accessories is 450 Lbs.

SoloStrength Lifestyle Products Corp. warrants to the original user that the SoloStrength product will be free of material or workmanship defects for a period as specified below from the date of purchase unless otherwise noted on the product.

Repair or replacement is the exclusive remedy for defective product under this warranty.

What is Covered at No Cost

• During the warranty period SoloStrength will, at no additional charge to you, repair or replace (at SoloStrength option) the frame or any part of the Product if it becomes defective, malfunctions, or otherwise fails to conform with this Limited Warranty. All labor shall be the responsibility of the owner.

• Material workmanship defects and quality details within warranty period.

• International/Overseas (outside USA and Canada), replacements within warranty period are covered, shipping at cost.

• 1 Year from manufacturer defects for all consumable items (resistance bands/latex/wearables)

What is Covered at Cost + Shipping

• Damage to any parts caused by mishandling during unpacking or assembly process

• Damage incurred through use not recommended by SoloStrength

• Replacement of parts/components outside of warranty period

What is Not Covered

• This warranty does not cover defects in the product caused by ordinary wear and tear, abuse, misuse, overloading, accident (including shipping damage - shipping insurance in place for these instances), improper maintenance, alteration, storage, or any other cause not the result of defective materials or workmanship.

• This warranty is void if the Product is improperly assembled, altered and/or modified in any way. Improper assembly indications included damaged/stripped threads on nuts/screws and components.

• It does not cover misuse/abuse or accident/damage such as scratches, broken covers, torn materials or cosmetic damage to paint/finishes.

• It does not cover latex, rubber or other materials prone to natural wear and tear within the 1 year manufacturing warranty period for these items, if stored/exposed to extreme temperatures or sunlight (which expedites natural break down of these materials).

FOR ALL WARRANTIES * Warranty may be voided for any product which has been damaged due to negligent or faulty use, alteration, maintenance, storage or handling by the user. Any specific issues regarding a SoloStrength product with which a customer is not satisfied will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Products sold on solostrength.com store are warranted by SoloStrength Lifestyle Products Corp., to the original user-owner only, against defective materials or workmanship for the lifetime of the product. During the warranty period, or “lifetime” of the product, at the discretion of SoloStrength management, if the product is found to be defective, it will be repaired or replaced without charge. Said “lifetime” warranty ends when this product is no longer usable for other reasons not mentioned previously. For service, contact SoloStrength at 604-818-6225 or to obtain a Return Label. Any product shipped to SoloStrength must have a Return Label, RMA# and proof of original shipment date. The repaired or replacement product will be returned with transportation charges prepaid by SoloStrength if required. This warranty does not cover defects in the product caused by ordinary wear and tear, abuse, misuse, overloading, accident (including shipping damage - shipping insurance in place for these instances), improper maintenance, alteration, any other cause not the result of defective materials, workmanship, or gas shocks, materials or other specific to Ultimate Series. REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT IS THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT UNDER THIS WARRANTY. THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANT ABILITY OR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OF THIS PRODUCT. SoloStrength Lifestyle Products Corp. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES. SoloStrength Lifestyle Products Corp. reserves the right to make changes in the design or construction of our products without obligation to incorporate such changes in products already sold and without notice.
