Suggested care instruction includes (~5 Minutes/Week):

• Regularly wiping/vacuuming your system to keep it clear and free of any debris.
• The covering on base can be wiped down and cleaned with light detergent/warm water mixture as needed.
• Using anti-bacterial wipes or light detergent/warm water on the main SoloStrength bar periodically to keep it clean and for best grip during your SoloStrength exercise.

The light lubrication applied on inner channel can attract some dust over extended time, and can be easily wiped through with cloth/towel, and reapply small amounts of lubrication to keep optimal smooth function.

SoloStrength Lifestyle Products will warranty this product from defects in material, functionality and workmanship for 3 Years from purchase date. Warranty coverage ends when the product becomes unusable for reasons other than defects in materials or workmanship. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product for so long as the original purchaser owns the product, and is non-transferable. Warranty for foam base cover does not cover normal use wear or damage caused by undue care.

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply contact our Customer Care Department  within four weeks of delivery for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns must include any accessories and be in original condition and packaging. Once received, you will be refunded the full purchase price less shipping and handling. Items must be postmarked no later than two weeks after your RMA number is given. Please note: products returned without a RMA number or outside the return period, will not be refunded.

FOR ALL WARRANTIES * Warranty may be voided for any product which has been damaged due to negligent or faulty use, alteration, maintenance, storage or handling by the user. Any specific issues regarding a SoloStrength product with which a customer is not satisfied will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

SOLOSTRENGTH SOLE DISCRETION OF REPLACEMENT, CREDIT OR REFUND

Unless required by a MSW in your Jurisdiction, if SOLOSTRENGTH determines that your product is subject to warranty coverage as stated in this warranty policy, SOLOSTRENGTH reserves the right in its sole discretion: (a) replace your SOLOSTRENGTH product, in whole or in part, with another SOLOSTRENGTH product that is similar in function as the warranty-covered SOLOSTRENGTH product; (b) offer credit in an amount determined by SOLOSTRENGTH that can be used to purchase SOLOSTRENGTH products on the SOLOSTRENGTH website; or (c) refund the purchase price to the original purchaser. SOLOSTRENGTH may, at its discretion repair or replace any warranty-covered product.

SOLOSTRENGTH RETURN POLICY

You may return or exchange an unused item in new condition within 30 days of delivery. All items must include original packaging. Items that are used or damaged may be denied a refund or exchange. Check our 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee Trial for more details.

All Shippable products purchased on solostrength.com have a 30 days return policy from the day items are received. Once items are shipped, all costs associated with shipping/duties are non-refundable. For product refund please see return policy page to ensure qualified, and items must be returned to our warehouse for refund with RMA#. Shipping labels are provided on request. Any items received without an RMA# associated will not be refunded.

RETURN EXCEPTIONS

All Final Sale items cannot be returned. Other non-returnable purchases include gloves and personal wearables. All items where combined direction shipping costs exceed product value will be denied refund. 

Items returned incomplete or without the original packaging may be denied a refund or exchange. (Apparel in new condition can be returned outside of the sealed bag)

EXCHANGES

Exchanges for incorrectly ordered items will be subject to shipping costs. All customers outside the warehouse pickup locations will be responsible for shipping both ways.

RETURN PROCESS EXCEPTIONS

Please allow up to 3-5 business days for your return or exchange to be processed.

In most cases, your refund will automatically go back to the original form of payment used for the purchase.

Original shipping charges incurred on your purchase aren’t refundable as part of your return or exchange.

SOLOSTRENGTH'S CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel an order at any time prior to the order entering the “Processing” stage.

Once it has entered Processing the order may not be canceled.

You can track the process of your order in the “Order History” tab of your account page and through the SoloStrength Shipping System.

The entire order must be canceled, you can not cancel specific items.

If you still want certain items in the canceled order, you'll have to purchase the items again in a new order.

If your order is eligible to be canceled SoloStrength will send you an email confirmation of the cancellation. You may also confirm that your order has been canceled in the “Order History” tab of your account page.

North America

Typical shipping times in North America are 2-10 days depending on service and remoteness of location.

Overseas and International

Typically ship in 5-14 days.

Remote Locations

SoloStrength ships gear all around the world.  If you are located in a remote area of Canada or other Countries, you may be contacted after you place an order if additional shipping is required.  You may choose to pay the additional cost or if you prefer not to pay the additional shipping cost we can promptly refund your order.

Delays to shipping may be experienced if additional product, order,  or shipping detail information is incomplete and required. If items do not show "sold out" they are considered in stock. If your item (or item within your order package) happens to be sold out or delayed for shipping, you will be contacted within 24 hours to notify with options to keep all/some of your order or wait for arrival of product to ship, or issue a refund to cancel order.

Taxes

All related taxes that may be applicable are charged at checkout for your purchase. If Taxes are not charged at checkout there are no taxes due.

Duties charges may apply for orders typically over a threshold value of $850.00. If duties charges are applied by your customs to an order, they are the responsibility of the Customer to pay and will be notified (and collected by shipper at delivery, or can be conveniently paid ahead online via the shipping tracking link sent in email.  *SoloStrength does not collect or disperse any duties fees or levies by any customs worldwide.

What If I Don't Want To Assemble My SoloStrength?

It is important to us that your SoloStrength system is setup perfectly and quickly for your SoloStrength training. Assembly instructions are easy to follow for anyone, so even if you don't wish to assemble your system, it is easy to find a general handyperson/furniture building service for assistance who can complete it for you.

How Do I Move My SoloStrength To Another Location Once Assembled?

• The Freestanding system can be reduced to three easily movable sections (Main upright, base, support arms) with 6 screws and ~ 5 Minutes disassemble/reassemble time
• Doorway/wall/corner mounted systems Can be moved easily as a single piece or removing mounting hardware, and may require some simple doorframe/wall screw hole patching. The screw holes can be easily filled with wall or wood putty and found at any hardware store. Smooth out the putty once applied with light sanding and the holes disappear! 5 minute patch and go!
