HOW TO CHOOSE HEIGHT
Select your system height based on the ceiling height of the area that you’ll place the system.
For this model you’ll need 4 inches of space above the system’s finished height to follow standard assembly instructions. Modified assembly approach can be done in only +2" height over finished height.
Standard Height is perfect for most spaces (90" Finished height - requires 93" ceiling height for standard assembly 92" with modified assembly).
Shorter option For lower ceiling heights where Standard height option won't fit. (86" Finished height - requires 90" for standard assembly - can be done in 88" with modified assembly approach).
Add 1' Height Extension to either option to max bar grip for taller users in spaces with sufficient ceiling heights. Specifications here.

Self-stabilized with bodyweight for use as suggested and for SpeedFit® Programs. No additional anchoring, counterweight, or support is required for SpeedFit Core Exercises, but may be required to coutner lateral forces if anchoring bands or TRX AND stepping off of base to perform exercise.
How To Select Height
Height Selection For The Freestanding Training Station Is Determined By Ceiling Height
The Standard height will work for most people in most spaces. Keep in mind for the freestanding system you will need +3" of ceiling height over the finished height, for assembly of the system (standard height in this case is 90" finished height, so you need 93" (7' 9") ceiling height to assemble.

The Shorter height option, is offered to accommodate lower ceiling heights.
4" shorter than the standard height system
Finished height is 86"
Requires 89" (7' 5") ceiling height for assembly.
This shorter height system can also be part of our taller options if matched with the 1' height extension component which will allow you to get a taller than standard height option, and fit into a ceiling height of 102". However if the ceiling height allows for it (if you have 106"+ (8'10"), and you are looking for the maximum height system, you would add the 1' Height Extension to the Standard Height system.
For taller users (over 6') and those who have the ceiling height to accommodate our 3rd and 4th height options, you can add the 1' Height Extension to either the shorter or standard height main options.
Maintenance & Care Instruction

There is no required maintenance actions or service required for your SoloStrength Ultimate System.
Suggested care instruction includes (~5 Minutes/Week):
Regularly wiping/vacuuming your system to keep it clear and free of any debris.
The covering on base can be wiped down and cleaned with light detergent/warm water mixture as needed.
Using anti-bacterial wipes or light detergent/warm water on the main SoloStrength bar periodically to keep it clean and for best grip during your SoloStrength exercise.
Note
The light lubrication applied on inner channel can attract some dust over extended time, and can be easily wiped through with cloth/towel, and reapply small amounts of lubrication to keep optimal smooth function.

Shipping Cost
Shipping costs are weight based and calculated individually to the shipping address entered and items in your cart. These are presented for your selection in checkout once you enter your details and prior to payment. In most cases shipping costs are subsidized by SoloStrength in order to offer best shipping prices for your consideration. Standard and Expedited (2-3 Day) shipping options are available or most locations.
Duties Charges:
Duties are sometimes levied by Governments through their Customs, as a means of collecting taxes on orders that taxes are not required to be charged through our store.

You may be issued Duties charges for orders typically over a threshold value of $850.00 USD. Can I use TRX and bands with Ultimate Training Systems?
Using TRX Suspension Training Straps, Rings & Bands With All Ultimate Systems
The SoloStrength systems work great on their own and with many accessories to add training options for you (or your clients).
The fixed mounted systems (Door/Wall/Corner) installations, if installed correctly, are secure on their own for lateral forces and you can anchor low, middle or top level on main SoloStrength Bar, without any issues following correct installation, best practices guides and assembly tips here.
SETUP For Freestanding System Considerations
If you are in a commercial studio/facility, you may choose to secure the base directly to the floor with the 4 hidden anchor point holes on the side tubes of the base. Since this is not an attractive option for many "home" environments with finished flooring, the following suggestions below are best options to manage any requirements you may have.
How The Freestanding System Works
The Freestanding system self stabilizes with your bodyweight over the system. That means for 99% of the exercises you can do (including all SpeedFit Workout Programs offered), you do not need any other support or attachments to use your system perfectly. If you are attempting some exercises that will have your bodyweight primarily OFF the base, and applying lateral (push pull forward back) forces, you may require to add some weight back to the base to compensate for those forces.
If you have a low friction slippery finished floor surface, and are applying lateral forces without your body over the base (push or pull), you may require weighting the base (as in the suggestions below) in order to keep your system secure in place and not slide under the applied forces. Carpeted or higher friction flooring may not require any weight to add in this case.
If attaching TRX, Rings, Resistance Bands to the main SoloStrength bar, so long as forces applied are primarily vertical, or if some lateral forces applied but you keep your bodyweight over the base, the system will self-stabilize, and no counterweight is required.
Rear Support Bar
The Rear Support Bar is recommended for use with TRX Exercises, Rings and high anchor point for Bands, as it moves the anchor point to the back of the base of system, leaving the entire base for executing the exercises over, and in most cases will eliminate the need completely for any counterweight.
This Rear Bar anchors on the back of the Freestanding Training System (Standard or Shorter Height options), and sits level with the highest SoloStrength Main Bar setting. It also allows you to execute parallel bar pull ups variations, and keep your accessories mounted the rear bar anchor, without impeding the free use of the SoloStrength bar. For this reason it is a highly recommended item for the Freestanding System.
Counterweight
No Counterweight is needed for if are doing standard SpeedFit or Isometric Training/Stretching, or if you are using bands or TRX and keeping your bodyweight over the base (most movements). However if you wish to apply higher lateral forces, with high anchor point, and step off the base, removing your body weight as counter force, then you will need to add some counterweight to base to compensate. This can be done via options in image below, including:
Use of dumbbells or sandbags (or similar) over the lower cross bar
Or choosing the purpose built Counterweight Tray providing convenient storage for counterweight items and accessories and benefit of keeping entire base free and clean for use. If sold out use the other recommended options in reference images if required and add Tray when back in stock. This item we manufacture in limited quantities.
How Much Counterweight Is Required If Needed?
Typically 50-80% of your bodyweight if applying very heavy lateral forces, is sufficient. However you may need to experiment with this to find appropriate weight needed to keep base secure to ground, for any special exercises.

Is assembly in lower ceiling heights possible? What are the minimums? The suggested ceiling height for standard instruction assembly process is listed next to the height selection. For Standard height, it's 94", and for Shorter height it's 90". We recommend these ceiling heights for following the standard assembly. IF HOWEVER you have a lower ceiling height, it is possible to assemble your Freestanding system in only 2" over the finished height with an alternative assembly approach (listed in the assembly tips and instructions page). The absolute lowest ceiling height for assembly of the shorter height system is 88", and for the standard height, 92". We recommend carefully reviewing the details in the assembly page prior to starting assembly.
What If I Don't Want To Assemble My SoloStrength?
It is important to us that your SoloStrength system is setup perfectly and quickly for your SoloStrength training. Assembly instructions are easy to follow for anyone, so even if you don't wish to assemble your system, it is easy to find a general handyperson/furniture building service for assistance who can complete it for you.
How Do I Move My SoloStrength To Another Location Once Assembled?
The Freestanding system can be reduced to three easily movable sections (Main upright, base, support arms) with 6 screws and ~ 5 Minutes disassemble/reassemble time
Move in one piece by Buddy lifting each side to easily move to another location or trailer load
If moving location in same room with low friction floor surface, you can slide the system to adjust, if high friction floor surface (rubber or texture) or carpet, buddy lift sides to move.
