SOLOSTRENGTH RETURN POLICY
You may return or exchange an unused item in new condition within 30 days of delivery. All items must include original packaging. Items that are used or damaged may be denied a refund or exchange. Check our 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee Trial for more details.
All Shippable products purchased on solostrength.com have a 30 days return policy from the day items are received. Once items are shipped, all costs associated with shipping/duties are non-refundable. For product refund please see return policy page to ensure qualified, and items must be returned to our warehouse for refund with RMA#. Shipping labels are provided on request. Any items received without an RMA# associated will not be refunded.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
Please use the Online Returns/Exchange Form to generate and print your return authorization.
All Final Sale items cannot be returned. Other non-returnable purchases include gloves and personal wearables. All items where combined direction shipping costs exceed product value will be denied refund.
Items returned incomplete or without the original packaging may be denied a refund or exchange. (Apparel in new condition can be returned outside of the sealed bag)
Exchanges for incorrectly ordered items will be subject to shipping costs. All customers outside the warehouse pickup locations will be responsible for shipping both ways.
RETURN PROCESS EXCEPTIONS
Please allow up to 3-5 business days for your return or exchange to be processed.
In most cases, your refund will automatically go back to the original form of payment used for the purchase.
Original shipping charges incurred on your purchase aren’t refundable as part of your return or exchange.

SOLOSTRENGTH'S CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel an order at any time prior to the order entering the “Processing” stage.
Once it has entered Processing the order may not be canceled.
You can track the process of your order in the “Order History” tab of your account page and through the SoloStrength Shipping System.
The entire order must be canceled, you can not cancel specific items.
If you still want certain items in the canceled order, you'll have to purchase the items again in a new order.

If your order is eligible to be canceled SoloStrength will send you an email confirmation of the cancellation. You may also confirm that your order has been canceled in the “Order History” tab of your account page.
If you are unable to cancel an order because it has moved past the “Processing” stage you may return it following the steps listed above in our Return Policy.
