Height Selection For The Doorway Gym Door Mounted Training Station Is Determined By Ceiling Height

• If you have door trim that extends past the flat edge of inner door frame, the L Brackets for mounting to inner door frame offer 1.25" clearance over surrounding trim/molding. Measure distance from edge of inner door frame, to outer trim  if under 1.25" for clearance you are ok ✅

• *Bottom brackets require clear wall contact above baseboards of 7" (ok if baseboards up to 7" from floor)

The Standard height will work for most people in most spaces.  Standard height in this case is 87" finished height.

This height allows for anyone to do the SpeedFit full body programs completely, and may require taller users (over 6') to slightly bend knees for full bodyweight pull-up work.

The Shorter height option, is offered to accommodate lower ceiling heights.

This shorter height system can also be part of our taller options if matched with the 1' height extension component which will allow you to get a taller than standard height option, and fit into a ceiling height of 95". However if the ceiling height allows for it (if you have 99"+ (8' 3"), and you are looking for the maximum height system, you would add the 1' Height Extension to the Standard Height system.

What If My Doorway Is Wider Than 36" or Can I Install in Hallway?

• Custom width hardware for wider doorways with small installation modification to fit to inside doorway frame width range 36-47″

• Reverse Brackets and Kit available to fit hallway width up to 56″ (reverse brackets to reach 47", from 47-56" requires custom fit package please inquire).

For taller users (over 6') and those who have the ceiling height to accommodate our 3rd and 4th height options, you can add the 1' Height Extension to either the shorter or standard height main options.

There is no required maintenance actions or service required for your SoloStrength Ultimate System.

Suggested care instruction includes (~5 Minutes/Week):

• Regularly wiping your system to keep it clear and free of any debris.

• Using anti-bacterial wipes or light detergent/warm water on the main SoloStrength bar periodically to keep it clean and for best grip during your SoloStrength exercise.

Note

The light lubrication applied on inner channel can attract some dust over extended time, and can be easily wiped through with cloth/towel, and reapply small amounts of lubrication to keep optimal smooth function.

SoloStrength Lifestyle Products will warranty this product from defects in material, functionality and workmanship for 3 Years from purchase date. Warranty for foam base cover does not cover normal use wear or damage caused by undue care.

Shipping Cost

Shipping costs are weight based and calculated individually to the shipping address entered and items in your cart. These are presented for your selection in checkout once you enter your details and prior to payment. In most cases shipping costs are subsidized by SoloStrength in order to offer best shipping prices for your consideration. Standard and Expedited (2-3 Day) shipping options are available or most locations. 

Duties Charges:

Duties are sometimes levied by Governments through their Customs, as a means of collecting taxes on orders that taxes are not required to be charged through our store. Essentially your Government's way of collecting taxes if we are not required to charge them on their behalf. Orders under $850 USD are not typically levied Duties. Canada does not pay Duties, however taxes are applied at checkout.

Doorway Gym Assembly FAQ's

• Will the brackets work if I have TRIM AROUND THE DOOR frame? If you have door trim extends past the flat edge of inner door frame, the L Brackets for mounting to inner door frame offer 1.25" clearance over surrounding trim/molding. Measure distance from edge of inner door frame, to outer trim  if under 1.25" for clearance you are ok ✅

• What if my 42" space isn't perfectly centered to fit the width of system? If you have a tight corner for example near the door frame, so long as you have 5" from the edge of inner door frame to corner (on shorter side), then you can fit 28-36" doorway width no problem (if you have 4", then 29-36" Doorway width ok, and if 3" on shortest side then 30-36" Doorway width fits ok). Check images on this page for additional reference. Yes you can install the system slightly off center (up to 2" without any problem to fit into space).

• Will this install ok on pocket doors or hallways? Yes, with full strength so long as they framing is solid. If you have a wider hallway up to 36-56" width with custom fit kit (inquire for info)

What If I Don't Want To Assemble My SoloStrength?

It is important to us that your SoloStrength system is setup perfectly and quickly for your SoloStrength training. Assembly instructions are easy to follow for anyone, so even if you don't wish to assemble your system, it is easy to find a general handyperson/furniture building service for assistance who can complete it for you.

How Do I Move My SoloStrength To Another Location Once Assembled?

• The Freestanding system can be reduced to three easily movable sections (Main upright, base, support arms) with 6 screws and ~ 5 Minutes disassemble/reassemble time

• Doorway/wall/corner mounted systems Can be moved easily as a single piece or removing mounting hardware, and may require some simple door frame/wall screw hole patching. PATCHING HOLES *The screw holes can be easily filled with wall or wood putty and found at any hardware store. Smooth out the putty once applied with light sanding and the holes disappear! 5 minute patch and go!

In order to mount the Ultimate Doorway Gym System to the door frame safely, there are 6 brackets mounting lower, middle and upper sections so you can enjoy all the exercises safely and without concern. The doorway function is not impeded in any way.

You may be concerned if you are a renter of a location, and this is not a problem to remove the installation and create no visible trace of SoloStrength being installed there.

When it comes time to move the system to another location, it is an extremely simple process to fill the wood screw holes. The process takes 5 minutes and materials less than $10.00.  

Order online or visit local hardware store for small wood screw hole filler. Google search "wood screw hole repair" or "drywall screw hole repair" for reference and other options. There are fillers for full range of colors and natural wood color matching for simplicity.

It takes very little time to erase any presence of your SoloStrength installation so you can move it to another location without any trace. ✅
