The main ULTIMATE Systems are full body training stations on their own without any accessories.
You can do all the beginner/intro, and many advanced exercise variations with just the main SoloStrength systems.
Footprint & Space Requirements
Generally speaking if you have 5' in front of the bar (3 feet from the front of base on freestanding), you can do all do all the suggested exercises in the SpeedFit programs. Most exercises that require more than 2' can be modified to accommodate smaller spaces.
The space saving installation of the Corner and potentially the Doorway mounted options (depending on space in front of doorway to extend legs), are possibly more restricted on some exercises depending on your space layout, however with the corner system you can modify slightly many of suggested exercises or come from inside of bar, to accomodate all of the Core 15-20-25 minute offered programs.
The accessories available (such as dip bar, wide grip bar etc), offer some additional range for exercises if you would like to expand some of your training and a few of the advanced programs integrate these tools.
You can integrate many other training tools such as TRX and other suspension trainers, resistance Powerbands, fitness ball, bosu, rings and other tools to expand your calisthenics and isometrics training to virtually unlimited capacity of personalized and customizable programs to always keep you training workouts enjoyable and challenging.
While it's no secret we LOVE bodyweight functional training, calisthenics, and the amazing benefits of max strength isometrics, we also offer JCups as another option for freestanding and other installation options, with enough space to hold olympic bar for using your ULTIMATE training system as a rack for free weight lifting. Use a bench for bench press or use for squats and and lifting with 1000 Lbs. capacity.
