If you are already familiar with bodyweight calisthenics or isometric exercises you may already want to jump in and start playing...we encourage it!
If you are starting out more fresh (or getting back into things after a little "holiday"), we recommend to view the basics to get an overview of some of the exercises we incorporate into our programs.
If you haven't tried full body engagement calisthenics before, a fair word of warning that entering slowly and building up reps and intensity will be helpful for your success. You will find quickly your stronger parts and more importantly, the parts of your body which will benefit the most quickly with these exercises.
Try the exercises to gain some familiarity, and start with our super time efficient and very satisfying SpeedFit Core 15 Program.
The isometrics exercises are AMAZING. If you want to experience feeling stronger immediately, connecting body, mind and breath, you can apply all your strength to the bar in static resistance holds (up to 1000 Lbs in all directions and height).
We encourage stretching pre and post workouts as you desire and there is no time limit on this...it always feels great, select different heights of the SoloStrength bar to go deeper into dynamic stretches and release all your stress and relax your body. Don't forget to breathe through the release. It will be a daily habit before you know it 💪
The SpeedFit Programs offer progressions to modify the exercises as your strength and conditioning improves. You can do the 20 and 25 Minute programs for maximizing your circuit challenges.
We love to mix in Isometrics Programs for 1-2 days a week and 3 days SpeedFit Programs. Since the range of exercises in the library (and your own imagination) offer so many options for you, we encourage customizing your workouts and play with the challenges to always keep your SoloStrength vibes in high gear.
