*Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply contact our Customer Care department at (number provided on contact page) within 4 weeks of delivery for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns must include any accessories and be in original condition and packaging. Once received, you will be refunded the full purchase price less shipping and handling. Items must be post marked or sent no later than 2 weeks after your RMA number is given. Please note: products returned without a RMA number or outside of the return period, will not be refunded.

What items are non-returnable?

Products without original packaging, or damaged items
Free gifts or promotional items with retail value
Shipping charges except in cases where we have made a shipping error
Shipping charges may be deducted from your refund depending on the reason of return

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your items are inspected by the warehouse, typically within 5-7 business days of receiving the package your refund if approved will be issued, on the same payment method chosen.

Certain payment merchants have time windows for their refunds once issued (Paypal for example can take 3-7 days).

Why is my item not eligible for return?

The following are reasons your order may not qualify or return:

Only items shipped within the past 30 days are eligible for returns
Free or promotional items are not returnable
