The SoloStrength Wall Mount is extremely sturdy. I wanted something for my TRX and this works great. However, it’s so much more. I got the JCups so I can now put more weight on the bar if I want to. I also bought the pull up bar. It is my fitness goal to be able to do pull-ups. I love that the upper poles hold my two exercise balls. This rack has really upped my home workouts.
