We are currently filming brand new training videos with the three new SpeedFit models, which will be available here shortly. We will also be posting simple images to follow along with our training resources for you to view ahead of your purchase, to become more familiar with the material. It doesn’t take long to learn the basics, and by following our 30 day e-trainer guide, you will be up to shape and blasting through your best workouts in no time!
For a quick reference in the meantime, you can view some of our beginner videos demonstrating selection of exercises with our equipment. Don’t worry if some of it is too advanced, with the adjustable pull up bodyweight bar, you can self spot from any starting level and work up to your fitness goals no matter where you are starting from. After the first 30 days are complete, you can access our real time trainer videos, and these are a really exciting way to not only have a daily guide each time you workout, but to really help you take your convenient and fast training to a whole new level.
Advanced Programs Body Weight Exercise
We are currently shooting the videos on our new SpeedFit models and will be posting the advanced programs SoloStrength Exercises here shortly. In the meantime, we have a video on the original FUSION model, demonstrating a montage of exercises that go beyond the essential basic bodyweight exercises that make up our basic no limits workouts.

Some of the exercises below might be a little extreme for some of you, for others, you will want more, but rest assured we will have something for all of you. Included with every SoloStrength SpeedFit gym model purchase, is full color instructional guide, access to our training videos, website instructional reference, free 1 year warranty, and the following advanced training support: 30-day E-trainer, and Real-Time Trainer videos.
To assist you in learning and becoming familiar with the SoloStrength ULTIMATE gym model you have, and your personalized training program, we include a free 30 day e-trainer for quick daily emails that review the introductory instructional manual key points, with short videos to help you become proficient with your SoloStrength as quickly as possible. During those first 30 days (whether you do SoloStrength workouts 3x or 7x a week), you will quickly be able to learn the main functions, settings and key exercises. We will also review some of the simple progressions so that you already understand how to increase your challenges as your strength and fitness improve, and we offer some introductions to our more advanced exercises that use partner fitness accessories such as BOSU, Stability Balls, Resistance Bands, TRX suspension trainer, and weighted vests. Many of these exercises become part of your “mix days” where you switch up or replace certain exercises with slightly different ones, or if you are a trainer, may be used daily with your different range of clients.
