There are numerous ways to accomplish a secure connection for TRX (or other suspension trainers or rings) to the SoloStrength Main Adjustable Bar (or Rear Support Anchor Bar for Freestanding Training Station System).
We find it most quick to add/remove to use the doorway mounting connection with pad, looped 1-2x around the bar and locked back through carabiner provided.
Both of the height adjustable Ultimate Dip Row Bar, and the Wide Grip Pull Up Bar, mount, and are removed, in the same way.
