Shipping policy


Items for orders in stock (listed items available can be assumed to be in stock unless otherwise noted), shipping handling is typically within 24 hours or next business day. Once notification of shipping has been sent they are considered "shipped" and on route, and all shipping costs are the responsibility of Customer.


If any items you ordered are out of stock (and weren't yet listed on store) you will be notified quickly on the status and given the options how to proceed by waiting for delivery time, or cancelling the order.


Return procedure is necessary to confirm request and attempt to interrupt before delivery, but may encounter higher return RTS shipping rates as a result. In order to have lowest shipping fees for return items we recommend receiving items so that our reduced rate return labels can be sent to you for return (pickup or drop off accepted if confirmed in advance).


In cases where SoloStrength is not required to collect taxes for your purchase, your local governments MAY impose duties on any purchases as a form of their tax collection. If duties are levied by your Countries Customs, the shipping company (collected on behalf of your Customs) will notify you for prepayment (online through tracking link) or at delivery time, which range country to country, and responsibility of customer to pay wholly. *SoloStrength does not collect,receive, or disperse duties fees which may be imposed and these are not covered under any shipping or purchase costs on our store.
